About the position:

We are looking for Product Managers who will help lead the evolution of one of our existing products (ProtonMail, ProtonVPN, Proton Calendar, Proton Drive), or core platform, or one of our upcoming products. Product at Proton sits at the intersection of engineering, growth, data, and design. Your task first and foremost will be to grow daily active users by creating remarkable user experiences which are user-centric.

What you will do:

  • Help lead the evolution and growth of one Proton product
  • Ensure the product experience is remarkably good and drives growth for our north star DAU, retention, and customer satisfaction metrics
  • Work with product designers to create remarkable UI and UX
  • Set high standards for quality and polish all product experiences
  • Work with the customer service team to ensure minimal user pain and ensure that customer needs are met
  • Ensure that we build the right features, in the right order
  • Drive product innovation, develop novel, game-changing product features
  • Set the pace for the team, and challenge us to achieve high velocity

Job requirements

  • A sense for good UX and love for design
  • While not mandatory, a technical background is recommended
  • Experience with both web and mobile platforms, particularly in the B2C context
  • Strong empathy for the customer, user-centric mindset, unwillingness to lower standards
  • Experience working closely with designers and engineers
  • Strong leadership skills, a proven ability to motivate, persuade, and drive teams
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work efficiently and to delegate appropriately
  • A desire to be a leader, combined with a strong work ethic of going above and beyond to make things happen.
