About the position:

As a Product Growth Specialist your mission will be to continuously help Proton acquire and retain users, as well as up/cross-sell. We are looking for someone who is ambitious, proactive and business driven: with a strong focus on gathering inputs from users, translating those into digital and product experiments, analyzing and scaling those that work.

In this cross-functional role, you will have exposure to all levels of the organization, including top management. You will be part of the newly created Growth Team, but will work closely with Marketing, Data, Product, Engineering, and Customer Service teams.

What you will do:

  • Find and implement tactics to grow our active user base, by tackling all steps of the marketing/sales funnel: acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, and churn reduction.
  • Define, and operate high velocity, measured experiments, product improvements, and digital projects (e.g., improve onboarding flow).
  • Analyze product usage and churn rates to drive product understanding, adoption, retention, loyalty, and win-back strategies
  • Act as the users' advocate and the voice of the market, synthesizing customer feedback into actionable insights to inform future product development

Job requirements

Minimum qualifications :

  • Experience in a SaaS start-up
  • experience with Product Growth and Digital Campaigns
  • Results oriented, using data driven decision making and are confident with Excel 
  • Strong ability to execute end to end experiments, from idea to implementation and copywriting to analysis.
  • Curious and always looking for new growth trends, you are familiar with A/B Testing tools and methods. 
  • You have good design and UX Skills 
  • You are a team player 
  • You hold a bachelor or master's degree in Science, Marketing or Economy
  • Excellent English, written and spoken
