About the position:

Within our Vilnius office, we are looking for an experienced People Partner to support our growth. 

You will be working strategically with both people managers and individual contributors across the company, aligning initiatives with our company goals and advocating for our employees' needs. You will also work with our remote employees located in different countries

As the champion of our culture, you will play a pivotal role in contributing to make Proton the top scale-up to work for in Europe!

What you will do:

  • Roll-out all People processes (on-boarding, performance, compensation, development, engagement surveys) while ensuring a great end-to-end employee journey.
  • Develop close partnerships with managers and teams to enable individual fulfillment and high-performance.
  • Coach and support all levels of management, for personal growth and professional success.
  • Manage organizational changes, from design to communication and implementation.
  • Serve as the point of contact for employees for all people-related inquiries.
  • Initiate and drive projects to ensure a long-term engagement of the teams in Proton.
  • Collaborate with a globally distributed People Team to build and implement cross-functional People initiatives.
  • Be an ambassador of our mission and values and promote a culture of excellence, collaboration, diversity and growth.

Job requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a HR Business Partner / People Partner in a fast paced tech company.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, self-motivated and excited to take initiative.
  • A creative problem solver who can adapt to frequent changes.
  • Experience in managing and continuously improving the end-to-end employee journey.
  • Great communication and coaching skills, an ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Solid knowledge of Lithuanian labor law is a plus.
