Responsibilities:

  • Responsibilities are threefold:
  1. Lead Categorization: Answer email and chat inbound lead requests and organize them into different categories based on lead size or potential
  2. Lead Conversion: Determine needs of the smaller qualified leads, propose appropriate solutions, and facilitate signup
  3. Lead Qualification and Handoff: Qualify larger leads and schedule sales calls (to be run by another member of our sales team)
  • This is an inside sales position that doesn’t require any travel
  • The primary communication channel with leads is email and live chat; phone calls may be required ~5% of the time
  • Position reports to the Inbound Sales Supervisor, B2B
  • Remote work / work from home possible

Requirements

  • 1+ year experience in business development, customer success/support, sales development or sales 
  • Excellent written English
  • Affinity with technology solutions
  • Willingness to learn
  • Curiosity
  • Customer-centric mindset
  • Results-driven personality
