Job requirements

We are seeking a full-time Junior Inbound Sales Representative who will become a member of Prague team and will support the current growth of the company. We will provide a steady flow of leads to you, so you are not expected to prospect or cold call.

  • This is an inside sales position that doesn’t require any travel
  • The primary communication channels are email (95%) and live chat
  • The position reports to the Manager of Sales and Business Development.
  • Work from office at Andel location or from home is possible

What you will do: 

  • Act as the point of contact for inbound business leads received via Mail & Chat
  • Provide the most immediate and highest quality first interaction
  • Determine pain points, needs, and account potential, and qualify leads accordingly
  • Propose appropriate solutions
  • Set up sales qualified appointments if necessary
  • Prepare reports and give feedback to product, marketing team if needed

Job requirements 

  • Excellent written English communication skills, additional language (French, German, Spanish) is welcome
  • To be a tech savvy, you like technology and can deep dive, Information Technology degree will be an asset
  • Be comfortable with daily email communication and diverse customer profiles
  • Customer centric mindset and approach
  • Good communication skills and ability to handle diverse customer profiles
  • Results-driven personality
  • Curiosity and drive to learn
