ProtonMail has employees located in Geneva, San Francisco, Vilnius, Skopje, Prague, Zurich, or working remotely around the world.

We are looking for an HR Specialist to join our growing team. You will be able to work closely with our six offices all around the world, handle a variety of technical and non-technical positions for multiple locations and create or implement a variety of HR initiatives.

 

What you will do:

  • Manage global recruitment for multiple roles

  • Organize recruitment workshop and training for team leads to constantly improve our hiring and candidate experience to make sure it's as pleasant, quick, and effective as possible

  • In collaboration with our marketing team work on employer branding and internal branding initiatives

  • Ensure smooth onboarding for new employees and create new initiatives to make it better every day locally and globally

  • Help create and implement training and development initiatives locally and globally

  • Consult team leads and team members on a variety of people related topics

Requirements

  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably for a tech company

  • Experience in creating and implementing a variety of people related projects - on-boarding, training and development, 360 reviews etc

  • Excellent relationship building and critical thinking skills
