About the position:
As Head of Social Media you will play an instrumental role in defining our social & community strategy and execution roadmap globally. You’ll be our advocate, raising the profile of the company and brand amongst all stakeholders and will work in collaboration with the PR and wider marketing team to drive the growth for the company.

What you’ll be doing:
Strategy & Vision: Setup the social media vision, strategy & framework globally and communicate a unified narrative across the world using social media & other comms channels to drive brand engagement and love.
Execution: Creation and sign-off of all execution elements across respective channels e.g. Twitter, Reddit, LinkedIn. Fully integrate with the goals and needs of the business, understanding where social can/will play a role and run, develop and execute global campaigns.
Measurement: Understand and use social media reporting and analytics tools to ensure our strategic approach to communication remains targeted and effective. Ensure market best practices are followed on reporting and measurement to drive commercial impact.
Community Management: Oversee community management & outreach efforts for NGOs, activists, opinion leaders and influencers.
Leadership: Build, lead and nurture a growing team of high performing community managers and campaign specialists through coaching and capacity-building.
What Skills you will need
7+ years overall experience with at least 4 years in Social Media or content marketing and managing platforms/ brands globally
Substantial experience in an in house social setup or agency environment working with tech-brands. Proven thought leadership within the social
Full understanding of all social metrics and their role within wider campaign success. Able to analyse and recommend based on any data points in a digestible way to senior leadership
A good understanding of cultural, technological and market trends to inform content and creative development. Experience setting up and managing social media CRM platforms
Passionate, creative thinker and energetic presenter and storyteller.
Proven experience building and leading teams, including experience directly managing teams.
