About the position

As a senior performance marketing leader, you’ll own the vision, define the strategy, and drive the execution for all our online and offline paid advertising activities. Together with your team, you'll drive substantial user and revenue growth and support brand awareness campaigns.

You should have a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience in online and offline advertising, including paid search, display, mobile, video, social, programmatic, digital out-of-home (DOOH), native advertising, and other channels.

What you will do

  • Own the vision, strategy, and execution of all paid advertising activities.
  • Drive user acquisition at scale via paid search, display, mobile, video, social, programmatic, digital out-of-home (DOOH), native advertising, and other channels.
  • Closely collaborate with our SEO/ASO and Partnerships teams to optimize user acquisition holistically.
  • Drive the definition and optimization of our tracking and attribution methodology, and help make sense of customer insights and findings.
  • Continually evaluate and refine advertising processes, metrics, and tools.
  • Build, lead, and nurture a growing team of high-performing marketers who deliver undeniable business impact and breed standards of excellence for the team's strategy, creativity, and execution through coaching and capacity building.
  • Keep abreast of the newest trends, innovations, and technologies in the online advertising industry.

Job requirements

What are we looking for

  • 7+ years of experience and a proven track record of driving user and revenue growth with paid advertising activities.
  • 7+ years of experience and a proven track record of running campaigns across multiple channels, including paid search, display, mobile, video, social, programmatic, digital out-of-home (DOOH), and native advertising.
  • 3+ years of experience building and leading teams, including experience directly managing teams of 5+ individuals and scaling organizations.
  • Able to build and maintain strong and effective relationships with media owners and agencies as well as with internal teams.
  • Strong project and program management, with the ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced startup environment, setting objectives, and ruthlessly prioritizing activities based on impact.
  • Independent, self-motivated, and proactive with strong attention to detail and excellent written and spoken English.
  • Experience with large, multi-brand, multilingual accounts and campaigns.


Bonus points for

  • Experience in the tech and SaaS industry.
  • Experience with both B2C and B2B marketing.
  • Fluency in other languages.
