About the position

As an experienced conversion rate optimization manager you'll take ownership of identifying bottlenecks in our website funnels, draft hypotheses on how to improve them and run A/B experiments to test these hypotheses and improve the funnel conversion rates. Your input will directly influence website development, UX improvements, and user experience.

What you will do

  • Research user behavior on our websites, user journeys, and conversion funnels with the goal of identifying bottlenecks and optimization opportunities.
  • Draft hypotheses, and prepare and execute A/B and multivariant experiments to test these hypotheses.
  • Evaluate experiments data to draw conclusions and inform development, content, and UX improvements.
  • Project manage and drive the execution of the improvements.
  • Share key learnings with the rest of the team and the company.
  • Define UI and UX best practices for landing pages, applications, mobile, and desktop.

Job requirements

What are we looking for

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience and a proven track record of improving web funnels conversion rates in SaaS, e-commerce or digital-first companies.
  • Strong project and program management, with the ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced startup environment, setting objectives, and ruthlessly prioritizing activities based on impact.
  • Independent, self-motivated, and proactive, with strong attention to detail and excellent written and spoken English.
  • Experience with split test, CRO, analytics, and research platforms, and being able to become a power user of new tools autonomously and rapidly.
  • Experience with global, multi-product, multilingual websites.


Bonus points for

  • Experience in both B2C and B2B companies.
  • Technical knowledge foundation, demonstrated by formal technical education or equivalent experience.
