About the position:

We are looking for a Compensation & Benefits Specialist to design, deploy and evaluate state-of-the-art compensation strategies and benefits programs to support the growth of our organization, both globally and locally. This position will play an instrumental role in optimizing the fairness & competitiveness of our rewards policies to allow us to attract the best talents and engage them in the long-term.


What you will do:

  • Collect and analyze market competitive practices and benchmarks in all our current and future locations
  • Build, scale and maintain salary ranges for all our job families and locations
  • Support and improve our compensation review cycles in terms of process, tools, metrics and deliverables
  • Identify improvement opportunities within current C&B programs (base salary, bonus and equity) to support the growth of our teams
  • Contribute to design tailor-made incentives for specific individuals, teams and achievements
  • Own the compensation infrastructure and reporting to all levels of the organization
  • Bring to life and execute innovative incentive programs in close partnerships with our talent acquisition team, people partners and managers

Job requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in managing compensation & benefits programs, ideally in fast-paced tech environments
  • Good knowledge of compensation practices, ideally in start-ups and larger companies
  • Experience in building salary ranges for several European countries and cities
  • Sound project management skills
  • At ease with numbers, statistics, good analytical skills and KPI-orientation
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel
  • Curiosity and tech-savviness
  • Fluent in English and sound communication skills both orally and in writing
  • Humble and a team player
